AVOIDING PITFALLS

If we can attract unwanted, unhelpful and even unhealthy frequencies to ourselves when dowsing, how can this be avoided?

Juts like avoiding the harmful effects of electricity the answer lies in three basic strategies:

 Avoid coming into contact with these frequencies at all

 Gain the knowledge, skill and experience necessary to avoid the outcomes of association

 Get someone, more experienced to do the job for you

Whether you want to become a dowser or not, option one is actually quite impractical, and almost impossible because you will be affected by these frequencies to one degree or another in your everyday life anyway.

Option two would seem to be the most sensible, even from and everyday perspective, as no-one who knew about these frequencies (which you now do of course) would want to remain powerless to them when they could learn how to detect them and adjust their negative effects and influences relatively easily.

Regarding option three, I would suggest that you always have this option catered for regardless, because there may come a time when you are unable to deal with a frequency yourself, and having a backup is always a very good plan. In your early days of dowsing you will probably will not know anyone personally, and this is where an organization like The British College of Dowsing can come in because they facilitate and professionally support programme for dowsers, simply because they know that it is important to have that backup whenever it is needed.
